Job Title: Oracle Applications Analyst

 

Job Duties:  Review, analyze and evaluate the Business process of the organizations and map to Oracle EBS Suite. Perform fit-gap analysis, configuring, functional setups, Integration testing, User Acceptance testing, project documentation and Post implementation support of Oracle Inventory, Inventory Forecasting, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle I-Procurement, AME, Advanced Pricing, I Supplier Portal, Costing, Quality and Oracle Order Management. Work on functional aspects including implementation, integration, customizations. Customize reports and set up organizations using Oracle 11i. Perform requirements study, design and development of oracle applications working with SQL and Data Loader. Create Standard Operating procedures specific to Client’s business process with screen prints. Work on implementation of Discrete Manufacturing of Oracle Applications. Work with standard costing and average costing environment in Oracle costing. Perform full life cycle implementation projects for Inventory and Purchasing. Work with Procure-to-Pay cycles and Order-to-Cash business processes. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD100), Functional design documents (MD050) and recording Test Scripts in HP Quality Center. Configure Web ADI layouts for complex purchase orders like Advance Amount, Recoupment and retainage rate. Provide Excellent knowledge in AS-IS Study, depicting TO-BE Processes. Perform configurations for Min-Max Planning in average cost inventory. Work on Item master, enabling additional attributes in item, categories, Item catalogs, Inventory Planning Methods Testing modules. Provide expertise in re-configuring the existing application to fit the business requirements and applying the setup successfully on implementation. Ensure Testing and User Acceptance: Prepare site specific test script. Perform the complete cycle testing during the implementation life cycle. Perform the cross functional testing also with the Super users in various stages of CRP’s. Perform daily monitoring of scheduled jobs related to security and compliance activities and associated system administration tasks. Review the test cases in ALM tool and provide feedback to get the corrections based on client’s business requirements. Provide expertise in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules to support project rollouts, restructuring and best practices, lead efforts to define overall EBS design foot print accommodating current and future business processes. Will work in Stamford, CT and/or various client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate
