Job Duties: Gather business requirements from users and convert them to technical specifications by building dashboards and reports. Translate product vision into specific deliverables and ensure rigor in execution and attention to detail by effectively managing the product backlog. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure product requirements are accurately defined and major decisions agreed upon. Facilitate increment & sprint planning sessions, daily scrum, backlog refinement, technical demo, and sprint retrospective meetings. Create and maintain release burn downs, velocity projections and project forecasts to create project visibility and enable timely project adjustments. Work on Data & Analytics Initiative by consolidating all activities for Data & Analytics centralized model. Perform analysis on collected pain points from business users and map pain points to the reports and key subject area. Perform Business Object (BO) report analysis for identifying sources (SQL Query, Facts & Dimensions). Create cross functional flowcharts using Visio that show the relationships between functions (such as a stakeholder or department) and phases (such as milestones) in a process.
