Job Title: Scrum Master

Job Duties: Gather business requirements from users and convert them to technical specifications by building dashboards and reports. Translate product vision into specific deliverables and ensure rigor in execution and attention to detail by effectively managing the product backlog. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure product requirements are accurately defined and major decisions agreed upon. Write SQL queries for data analysis and reporting purposes, find data sources and data feeds by data scouting. Write SQL queries, stored procedures, views and functions based on the requirements. Build adhoc reports, maintain the existing reports and publish them to the report server. Analyze report functionality metrics (Key Performance Indicator (KPI) mapping, standardize formulas, Identify mapping between interfaces and reports). Create report traceability matrix for report development which consists of source to target mapping for ETL and Data Mart creation. Review code and design solutions, provide technical support and technical feedback to the development team and work with QA team daily in fixing the reported bugs/defects. Identify PII & SOX elements in the source data and report it to the compliance workstream to ensure PII data has been encrypted/masked for overall compliance. Leverage Jira to elicit and define business and technical epics, features and technical user stories for the technical delivery team. Document and lead remediation efforts and removal of technical impediments or guide the team to remove technical impediments. Facilitate increment & sprint planning sessions, daily scrum, backlog refinement, technical demo, and sprint retrospective meetings. Create and maintain release burn downs, velocity projections and project forecasts to create project visibility and enable timely project adjustments. Work on Data & Analytics Initiative by consolidating all activities for Data & Analytics centralized model. Perform analysis on collected pain points from business users and map pain points to the reports and key subject area. Perform Business Object (BO) report analysis for identifying sources (SQL Query, Facts & Dimensions). Create cross functional flowcharts using Visio that show the relationships between functions (such as a stakeholder or department) and phases (such as milestones) in a process. Create a data flow diagram using Visio. Will work in Cary, NC and/or various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.

Job Title: System Engineer

Job Duties: Manage and troubleshoot day-to-day systems activities of infrastructure. Monitor the health of the infrastructure by visually tracking, and analyzing the key performance metrics using Datadog, Splunk and TrueView. Work on application module configurations. Troubleshoot the production issues. Perform SQL queries in Microsoft SQL environment. Build and debug scripts. Work on scripting and automation using Python. Create and manage infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline. Perform risk management including SWOT analysis in change management and configuration management. Troubleshoot networking issues across the cloud infrastructure. Perform the system health checks, monitor logs, file-shares, space, and server responsiveness on prod, QA, and Dev environment. Design and implement the LAN and WAN interfaces. Control network IP address space and configure DHCP for the computer on the network. Maintain and troubleshoot external DNS server, including assignment, update and/or configuration of IP addresses. Configure and perform troubleshooting on all TCP/IP connections. Work with Linux and bash scripting and automate routine tasks. Manage code and configurations using version control tools. Install the build tools for creating a build infrastructure according to requirements. Monitor and configure the user account management and security management. Identify and deploy cyber security measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management. Work in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, Workgroups, Domains, Active Directory and Group Policy. Job Duties: Develop multiple applications using Java, JSF, Spring and Struts Frameworks to leverage classical MVC (Model View Controller). Design and develop Restful Web Services. Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Job Duties: Assist in identifying and understanding problems or improvement opportunities and recommend appropriate technologies, software, and system solutions that scale and perform. Consider a system-wide, architectural view of solutions. Analyze moderate to high-risk business needs to determine solutions. Design solutions on various platforms by studying requirements and information needs and recommending alternatives using .NET, C#, MVC, Angular and other front-end framework technologies. Use a variety of system design techniques, including the prototype, proof of concept, and reference implementation. Design solutions that consider cross-system integration and dependencies. Develop and modify code and system set-up based on program specifications using multiple programming languages or system platforms. Apply CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) systems using Azure DevOps. Manage Splunk knowledge objects (Apps, Dashboards, Saved Searches, Scheduled Searches, Alerts). Constantly improve systems and provide technical advice and support to other team members. Perform testing using both unit testing test automation and document test results. Implement new and improve existing automation jobs using PowerShell scripting. Participate in testing associated with cross-functional project team efforts. Produce appropriate technical documentation and notifications for changes to production systems or fixes to production problems. Create SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) artifacts. Analyze moderate to high-risk production problems, assess alternatives, and work with the team to implement solutions. Perform performance tuning, technical troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis. Support project initiatives by collaborating with the rest of the design team and stakeholders, ensuring that development milestones and deadlines are met. Provide input to standardization of IT processes and ensure application of IT standard processes and requirements. Apply engineering best practices. Job Title: Database Developer

Job Duties: Perform database implementation, replication, backup and create recovery strategies. Develop database architecture using Visio, Erwin, ER/Studio. Design and create database objects including tables, views, indexes, and triggers in databases including primarily DB2, Oracle and SQL Server and establish relationships between data elements. Manage Multi-Terabyte database environments supporting different applications on DB2, Oracle and SQL. Create application specific scripts to refresh test database environments from Production environment for DB2/SQL Server and Oracle databases on UNIX, AIX, Linux and Windows. Perform data sourcing and mapping of data fields leveraging SSIS and data migration tools.
